Project Description
The major objectives of the purchase is to conduct the Gandharbpur Water Treatment SNC onshore. The consultant has to follow the general conditions of purchase:
• Apply the purchase orders placed by Gandharbpur Water Treatment SNC for the supply of relative goods and related services including all documentation relating there to be provided under the purchase order
• Apply all general terms and conditions of purchase
• After the acceptance of the purchase order by the supplier referred the purchase order entails full acceptance by the supplier of the general terms and conditions
• General terms and conditions shall excluded the application of any document issued by the supplier
• Buyer and supplier shall be here in after referred individually to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”
